Terms of Use / Policies
Hi again,
Can anyone tell me how I go about setting up the "Terms of Use" and "Policies". This seems like an impossible task. Any advise...? Thanks, J |

I was looking for the same info.
What I did was contacted my hosting provider, and they said that I could use their Terms. |

A very good question. My advice is to speak to your data center and bandwidth providers and to incorporate their Terms of service and the some of the standards they cover.
Then should get a piece of paper and to describe your services and what do you provide to customers. Then you need a lawyer or someone who has experience in writing corporate papers to go over the draft and to create a document for you.

you may still need to get a lawyer to look at the terms and conditions, as their TOS may not necessarily apply to you - especially if you don't offer all the services they do, or if you offer other additional services they don't offer.
Another good resource is the Internet Services Provider's Association. they can assist you with a lot of legal info and advice.

Have a look at legal documents of other companies, think that helps you to make up your own.

Compare legal documents from the other companies and choose the one which is good for you.
